The Food Services Manager Float provides and performs a variety of food preparation, serving, cleaning, and cafeteria maintenance tasks in a school district-wide setting.
Essential duties include preparing food, setting up and cleaning dining areas, assisting students and staff, monitoring serving lines, and ensuring sanitation of kitchen and cafeteria spaces.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of relevant food service experience or equivalent education. Candidates must pass background checks, obtain a State of Arizona Food Handlers Permit within one month, and may need to lift up to 50 pounds or work outside regular hours. Skills required include knowledge of food safety regulations, customer service, and the ability to operate relevant software and equipment.
This position is for a 9-month term, with salary classification 7, and reports to the Kitchen Manager.
