Job Summary:

The Food Service Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food service department at PM Grand. This includes supervising staff, ensuring quality food preparation and service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train food service staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor food quality and presentation
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Assist in menu planning and development
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
