Food Service- General Worker JobID: 3190 Position Type: Cafeteria/Food ServiceDate Posted: 9/3/2026Location: Fremd High SchoolDate Available: ASAP Closing Date: 09/11/2026 Additional Information: Show/HideDescription: General Food Service Worker10-month hourly employee7.5 Hours per dayJob Summary:Prepare cold food and pre-made items for serving of food.Set up and replenish food serving areas in compliance with the serving requirements of the federal meal program.Provide friendly, courteous service efficiently to all customers.Maintain operation of vending machinesMaintain clean and safe work areas in accordance with locally and federally established health, safety, and sanitation requirements.Operate food service equipment.Clean and sanitize meal service, prep, and storage areas, as well as kitchen equipment and smallwares.Maintain logs and records, as applicable to daily tasks.Perform routine cashiering duties.Complete regular training and attend in-service meetings.Perform other duties as assigned.
