Food Service Business Consultant

Hiring for food service Business Consultant (BC) operating in the nontraditional marketplace. The BC will work closely with licensed location operators to improve results and ensure brand standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Travel is required. Heavy travel during fall and spring.
• Provide coaching in training, operations, marketing, and guest experience in food service.
• Work with licensees to review location performance and identify opportunities.
• On-site visits to ensure brand standards and compliance are met.
• Collaborate with operations team to develop resources and best practices.
• Initial crew training for location openings and location audits for food safety and brand standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Franchised/licensed food service, multi-unit management, Restaurant Management, restaurant consulting or relevant supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with non-traditional food service channels is beneficial (Universities, Airports, Hospitals, Military).
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities (Verbal and Written)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Teams.
• Self-starter possessing the ability to work/travel/plan alone to meet company needs.
• Must be able to pass background screenings to get clearance to secured locations.
• Must be able to travel throughout the United Sates regularly. Heavy travel August through November and January through April.
• Must rental car criteria to rent a car.
• Must have a current driver's license with a clean driving record.
