Responsibilities: Properly prepare and serve food required for breakfast and lunch programs Clean all kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions are met Sets up and breaks down serving lines Merchandise and promote school breakfast and lunch programs Substitute in elementary schools for breakfast and lunch, as needed

Assist in stocking all food and supplies Follow rules and regulations established by State Agency and Health Department Must be able to work split shift at an elementary building in the future Communicates with Production Kitchen Orders and receives supplies from the warehouse Completes daily and monthly reports All other duties as assigned
