Description

Do you enjoy baking and want to make a difference in students' lives? Our school district is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Assistant Baker to join our Food Service team! This position plays a key role in preparing fresh, nutritious baked goods that support our school meal program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and baking items such as breads, muffins, and cookies following district recipes

  • Operate baking equipment safely (mixers, ovens, proofers)

  • Portion and package baked goods for service

  • Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen environment

  • Support meal prep and service as needed

Work Hours:

6:30 am - 1:30 pm (6.5 hours) 30 minute duty-free lunch; Monday - Friday when school is in session.
