Food Server

As a Food Server working in a casual dining environment, you will be an essential part of a small team of 1-5 servers, reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager. Your role focuses on delivering excellent table service during regular evening and weekend shifts, ensuring guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience through attentive order taking, timely food delivery, and effective complaint resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive table service and take customer orders accurately
• Deliver food promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Demonstrate thorough menu knowledge to assist guests
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in food service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
