Responsibilities

• Review and proofread graphic/database content to ensure consistency with reference information.
• Apply analytical thinking to interpret data patterns and trends and logical reasoning to assess data integrity.
• Utilize data validation techniques to cross-check between different data sources, using both automated and manual review processes.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure accurate review of all information.
• Document any inconsistencies and perform analyses on trends and issues for escalation to leadership.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Review graphic/database content to reference information to ensure accurate translation of material.
• Manage data, including logging errors or discrepancies and analyzing trends for escalation.
• Communicate with Regulatory teams to ensure accurate product representation.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in the food industry, including regulatory, nutrition, or food science.
• Ability to manage multiple sources of information online.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and data validation skills.
• Basic food regulatory knowledge, graphic review knowledge, SmartLabel knowledge, data validation techniques, data management, logging, and tracking reviews.
• Experience with data validation tools or systems for regulatory review.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors.
