Sales Training Manager
As a subsidiary of a Fortune 100 company with growth opportunity, we are hiring a Sales Trainer who will provide essential training to new outside food sales area manager as well as on-going training to support continued sales growth.
Location: This position will primarily work out of the Kearney, Nebraska office but could regularly conduct training east to Omaha and West to Cheyenne.
Position Purpose: Train, develop and manage sales associates. Using company and locally developed training programs, work with new hires in classroom and field settings to prepare them for a sales career. Responsible for tracking individual performance. Implement new sales management training programs. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company. Implement standardization and best practices, while maintaining training documentation and resources for the organization.
