Stampede Culinary Partners is looking for an FSQA Technical Services Labeling Specialist to join our team! If you're detail-oriented, knowledgeable about food labeling regulations, and passionate about food safety and quality assurance, we want to hear from you!WHAT'S THE SCOPE?You'll manage product labeling and USDA label approvals while supporting product specifications, nutritional information, and regulatory compliance. You'll work closely with R&D, QA, and Sales to ensure accurate product information and meet customer requirements.YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTERManage USDA label approvals, including new and revised labels using EZForm.Develop Nutrition Facts panels and ensure compliance with labeling regulations.Create and maintain product specifications for internal production and customer requirements.Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Sales on product information, ingredients, nutrition, and allergens.Maintain accurate labeling documentation and support third-party audits.Utilize EZForm and TraceGains to support labeling and nutritional information.Support labeling requirements for both cooked and raw production facilities.WHAT'S REQUIRED?Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Meat Science, or a related field.Minimum of one year of experience in quality assurance, food safety, and product development within food processing.Understanding of USDA label approval requirements and experience with the FSIS Labeling and Program Delivery System (LPDS).Knowledge of GS1-128 barcoding and labeling software.HACCP certification.Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Experience with labeling development and approval software, such as Label Matrix and EZForm.JOIN US!Join Stampede Culinary Partners and play an important role in maintaining accurate product labeling, supporting regulatory compliance, and delivering quality products to our customers.Apply today!C,A10012_119_0
