Food Safety Lead - Chick-fil-A
Are you highly skilled in ensuring food safety and quality? Do you have a passion for creating a positive and people-focused environment? If so, we have an immediate opportunity for you to join our team as a Food Safety Lead at Chick-fil-A.
At Chick-fil-A, we believe in investing in the future of our Team Members and giving back to our communities. As a Food Safety Manager, you will have the chance to develop your leadership skills while working in a delicious and fun-loving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and standards
- Develop and implement food safety policies and procedures
- Train and educate team members on proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential risks and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with management to address any food safety concerns or issues
- Attend all leadership development classes and opportunities
- Checklist and system completion daily
- Lead a team centered on food safety
- Create proactive systems to solve ongoing food safety risks
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Prior experience in food safety or related field
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Be available to work 3 open/close shifts per week
- Active ServSafe manager certification
