What You'll Be Doing:- Deliver food promptly and accurately to the correct tables
- Verify that all plates match ticket items, modifications, and presentation standards
- Assist expo with organizing plates, garnishing items, and preparing trays
- Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow
- Run condiments, sides, and extra items as needed
- Help refill beverages and check on guest needs when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line, window, and service stations
- Support bussers and servers by helping reset tables during peak times
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Provide friendly, helpful interactions with guests when delivering food
Physical & Lifting Requirements- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift (typically 4–8 hours)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds (trays, plates, food items)
- Frequent bending, reaching, and moving through a crowded dining room
- Ability to safely carry multiple plates and navigate tight spaces
Work Environment- High‑volume breakfast and lunch service
- Frequent interaction with guests, servers, cooks, and expo staff
- Requires strong teamwork, communication, and a guest‑first mindset
Pay rate: $5.00 per hour PLUS tips
