Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food quickly and accurately from kitchen to guests
- Serve as the vital communication link between kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Assist with expediting orders and ensuring plates are correct and complete
- Clear, reset, and maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas
- Support servers, bartenders, and managers during busy service periods
- Help with dish room duties and general cleaning tasks
- Maintain high energy and a strong sense of urgency throughout service
