Depending on the day, your work may include:Preparing and weighing ingredients for production batchesMaking and portioning dough, sauces, meats, cheese, and other pizza ingredientsAssembling pizzas on a semi-automated production lineOperating commercial ovens and other kitchen or production equipmentPackaging, labeling, and preparing finished pizzas for freezing and distributionFollowing food safety, sanitation, quality, and production proceduresKeeping work areas, equipment, and production spaces clean and organizedWorking as part of a team to keep production moving efficientlyThis is a high-volume food manufacturing and production kitchen, so you'll spend a lot of time on your feet and may perform repetitive tasks such as weighing ingredients, topping pizzas, assembling products, and packaging food. Our team will train you on our processes and equipment, and support you along the way!What We're Looking ForYou don't need previous food manufacturing experience to apply. We're looking for people who are dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working as part of a fast-moving production team.You'll need to be able to:Stand and walk for extended periods of timeRegularly lift and carry up to 50 lbsWork around and handle common food allergens, including gluten, dairy, and eggsSafely use ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and commercial food production equipmentWork in areas with varying temperaturesCommunicate and work effectively in a loud, busy environmentFollow detailed instructions, safety procedures, and food quality standardsWork reliably as part of a teamBe at least 18 years oldBe authorized to work in the U.S.Experience in food production, food manufacturing, bakery production, catering, commercial kitchens, pizza making, or assembly-line production is a plus, but it's not required.ScheduleOur Milwaukee production facility operates Monday-Friday, approximately 7am-4pm.We're looking for candidates with flexible availability who can work within our production hours.
