Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join a meat production facility. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are looking to build a long-term career in food production.
Job Duties
- Inspect meat products to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate needle processing equipment safely and efficiently
- Package and box finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow company safety and production procedures
Work Environment
- Cold-temperature production facility
- Exposure to food production odors
- Fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Requires standing for extended periods
- Repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 20-70 pounds
- Capable of performing physically demanding work
- Able to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a production environment
- Comfortable following safety and quality standards
- Previous food production experience is helpful but not required
