    Responsibilities

    • Implement and enforce production schedules, processes, and procedures.
    • Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any production issues.
    • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
    • Assist in training new employees and fostering a positive work environment.
    • Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a food manufacturing environment.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

    • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
