As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and manage a team of production workers.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
- Implement and enforce production schedules, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any production issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in training new employees and fostering a positive work environment.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
