Job Title: Food Production Line Associates - Heavy Lifters
Pay: $17.50/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday (Shifts run between 5am-6pm)

As a Food Production Line Associate, you'll play a vital role in maintaining smooth and safe production processes. You’ll work closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure all products are processed accurately and efficiently, contributing to a well-organized operation that values safety and quality.

What You'll Do
As a Food Production Line Associate, you will be responsible for


• Load baskets of product into Retorts (ovens) for processing.
• Unload baskets of product from Retort after processing.
• Move baskets of retorted product to Unloading station.
• Take retorted product containers from the grids and place them on the conveyor.
• Move emptied grids, baskets, and/or dividers as grids are emptied.
• Use carts to move empty or full baskets of product; ensure product is staged appropriately.
• Work with a partner (or solo if needed) to keep a continuous stream of retorted product unloaded onto the conveyor.
• Follow instructions and perform all assignments in a safe and sustainable manner.
• Use all equipment provided to ensure safe body mechanics while performing the above operations.

Location & Schedule
