Job Title: Food Production Food Prep Associates
Pay: $16.50/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday (Shifts run between 6am-6pm) The start time btwn 6am-8am can vary

You'll work closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure all product is being processed correctly and efficiently.

What You'll Do
As a Food Production Food Prep Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Weighing ingredients accurately using scales and ensuring proper labeling and safety standards.
• Handling incoming and outgoing containers of ingredients with care and GMP compliance.
• Maintaining cleanliness in equipment rooms, prep areas, and workstations.
• Preparing ingredients for storage or production, including frozen, canned, and meat products.
• Mixing and cooking sauces, adjusting recipes for batch sizes, and operating equipment like ribbon blenders and kettles.
• Monitoring quality and safety to ensure everything meets company standards.
• Assisting with the assembly and preparation of food items for production runs.
• Following safety protocols and adhering to GMP guidelines at all times.
• Inspecting containers of ingredients for damage or improper labeling.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment.
