Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is hiring experienced Mixer Operators for a food manufacturing client in Manteno, IL.

What you’ll do

• Gather, weigh, and measure ingredients according to precise recipes.
• Operate industrial mixing equipment to achieve consistent batch quality.
• Lift and move materials/containers up to 50 lbs.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and communicate issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and food-quality standards at all times.
• Clean and sanitize batching equipment between runs.
• Support the production line when needed to maintain throughput.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.

What you bring

• Food manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Dependability, self-direction, and strong teamwork.
• Ability to stand 8–10 hours and frequently bend, stoop, and reach.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfort working in cold environments.

Pay, schedule, and location

• Pay: $18.75–$20.00 per hour
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Hours: Full-Time
