About the roleWe are looking for a Food Processing Engineer to optimise production processes across our facilities in Illinois, Massachusetts and Wisconsin.

What you'll do

  • Design and improve food processing systems
  • Optimise production efficiency, quality and safety
  • Ensure compliance with FDA and food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with production, quality and maintenance teams
  • Lead process improvement projects
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

What we're looking forEssential

  • 5+ years of food processing or manufacturing engineering experience
  • Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, FDA)
  • Willingness to travel across IL, MA and WI
  • Based in the USA

Nice to have

  • Lean or Six Sigma certification
  • Experience with automation in food production
