Hours: Friday 2pm late, Saturday 9am close, Sunday 9am close

What You'll Do
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for
Assist in preparing and cooking dishes according to our menu and safety standards.
Chop, slice, and prep vegetables, fruits, meats, and other ingredients.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all food safety protocols.
Help with packaging and labeling prepared items for storage or service.
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
Ensure kitchen tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained.

Previous cooking experience is required.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions with attention to detail.
Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask.
Possible weekend coverage on occasion.
Must have reliable transportation.
