Job Description:Our client is a leading food production company located here in Metro Detroit. They are looking for a Production Associate that will be responsible for the assembling and packaging of food.
Responsibilities:- Preparing ingredients for the assembly of food products
- Prepare packaging for food products
- Cold and wet conditions (40 degrees F)
Qualifications:- People with a strong work ethic, regardless of experience level
- Food service and/ or production experience preferred but not required
- A steady successful work history
- Be able to work mandatory overtime and weekends
- Maintain perfect attendance, no excused absences in first 90 days
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds
- Work as a team to help meet production goals
- Comfortable working in cold and wet conditions (40 degrees F)
