Food Operations Manager 1

Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Food Operations Manager to join our food service team at Neshaminy Manor in Warrington, Pennsylvania. Neshaminy Manor is a 360-bed sub-acute/skilled care facility providing short-term and long-term care in the heart of scenic Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

We're looking for a resident-focused professional with experience in both front and back of house dining operations. Typical shift is 7:30am - 4:30pm, may vary with one weekend a month coverage. Bring your passion for hospitality to a team that values excellence, community, and care.

What You"ll Do

• oversee food production and timeliness of service;

• ensure food quality, temperatures;

• handle ordering and inventory;

• exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits; and/or

• perform functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development.

What You Bring

• two or more years of food service management experience in a healthcare environment;
• strong culinary background with knowledge of special diets;
• excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies;

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate"s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
