PREFERRED: HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT PREFERRED PREVIOUS HOSPITAL AND/OR FOOD SERVICE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED License/Certifications/Special Requirements: Current Illinois Sanitation License must be obtained within first 90 days.
