The Role at a Glance
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm
- Seasonal overtime: Saturdays 7:00 am–12:00 pm at time-and-a-half
- Operate and set up production equipment; complete changeovers efficiently
- Follow GMP and FSQA protocols; perform and record quality checks
- Weigh, measure, and batch ingredients with accuracy; apply shop math
- Package and stage finished goods; uphold sanitation standards
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Rock-solid reliability—being on time, every shift, matters
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach
- Comfort with physical work: lifting, standing, bending, and repetitive motion
- Ability to read, follow, and execute detailed procedures and instructions
- Commitment to food safety and cleanliness with monthly on-the-job training
- Food production experience is a plus; we’re ready to train to our standards
