    Title: Marketing Food Distribution Coordinator

    Reports to: Director of Marketing and Community Relations

    FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

    Personnel Supervised: None

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    This position is responsible for complete logistics support of mobile food distribution. Assisting the Marketing Department and the company in its efforts to increase food security in the communities Central Florida Health Care serves.

    MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    • At least 5 years' experience in community engagement preferred.
    • 2 years' experience working in volunteer engagement.
    • High School Diploma/GED required.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team.
    • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills. Detail-oriented.
    • Ability to multi-task and work deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple volunteers in an outdoor working environment
    • Flex time as needed to accommodate evening hours and occasional weekend responsibilities
    • Spanish speaking preferred

    RESPONSIBILTIES AND PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Collaborate with Director of Marketing on the management of each food distribution location to include oversight of +/- 15 volunteers per site.
    • Responsible for developing appropriate culture of volunteerism at each location to include recruitment of additional volunteers.
    • Track data applicable to reporting needs as set forth by grant requirements.
    • Engage community partners, documenting engagement activities including memorandum of understanding (MOU) and additional paperwork necessities.
    • Coordinating program equipment and supply needs daily
    • Identify and participate in outreach opportunities.
    • Work with Graphic Design and Social Media teams to deliver appropriate and timely materials.
    • Conducts, reviews, analyzes and reports all data.
    • Collaborates with other departments for project requests.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Standing/walking/sitting for long periods
    • Ability to lift 20lbs independently
    • Independently mobile
    • Ability to adapt and function in varying environments of workload, worksites and work shifts.
