POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for positive individuals to assist with our concessions areas to provide quality service as well as consistent products.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING Directly align with the BCCR Mission Statement and Core Values
Operate a cash register and balance a cash drawer
Operate the POS software efficiently & effectively
Communicate in a positive friendly manner with patrons
Accurately take customer Food & Beverage orders
Work with large groups of people in a fast-paced environment
Clean dining and concession areas assist in preparing and serving food items fill condiment containers
Assist in unloading lifting and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas and place them in designated areas when needed
Take and record temperature of food to ensure proper temperature control in the transportation of food
May be asked to cookprepare food items
Provide world-class customer service
Strive to create excellent Food & Beverage experiences for all guests
Complete special projects daily assignments and other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS One year of customer service experience preferred
Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
Food Handlers Card preferred
Must be age 16 or older
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to lift 40 pounds
Will be required stand for extended periods of time
Facility has intermittent noise
