The Position

• Leading barista and food service operations
• Preparing and managing online orders
• Stock control, rotation, and ordering
• Accurate and efficient POS operation
• General cleaning duties to maintain a safe, hygienic workspace
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and allergen management requirements
• Demonstrating excellent time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment
• Maintaining the service area to a consistently high standard

The Person

• Previous experience in a similar role
• A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service 
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading a team
• Strong knowledge of Food safety and allergen management
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Hold a Working With Childrens Check
• RSA
