We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for providing efficient food service procedures to be used in all food areas and to assist the Food and Beverage Manager in daily preparations for upcoming events.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Prepares menus and displaysConsistently checks inventory and makes necessary ordersAssists with catering orders: supply, food preparations, room setup, service, breakdown, etc. Prepares court side cafe when neededStocks kitchen and all concession standsFollows all appropriate local and state health department rules and regulations including safe food handling proceduresMaintains clean and functioning kitchens throughout the facility including proper food handling requirements and appropriate food storage temperaturesSupervises part-time team members to ensure safe and proper handling of food, products, and equipmentPerforms additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Safe Serve Certification or similar certificationCPR and First Aid Certified2+ years of experience in the food service industryAbility to work productively with a wide variety of agesFlexible work schedule and regular attendanceAbility to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentMust be detail oriented and have outstanding organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritizeAbility to remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situationsMust take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and facilityCommitment to the safety and wellbeing of othersApplicants must be at least 21 years of age or olderWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist highWill be required to stand for extended periods of time Facility has intermittent noise
