The Food & Beverage Supervisor (F&B Supervisor) is a key member of the management team and is responsible for the oversight of food and beverage operations at the property. This includes the hiring, training and supervising of all related F&B service and food production staff. The F&B Supervisor will apply all of their experience and knowledge to assuring that the wants and needs of guests are consistently met and/or exceeded.
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Job Summary:
Responsible for the supervision of all dining room service personnel. Assures a high level of hospitality and service from all personnel. Makes certain that the appearance and cleanliness of dining room is of the highest standard. Assures that guest expectations are consistently exceeded.

Education/ Certificates/ Licenses/ Training
High School Diploma preferred. Must obtain any required local and state licenses or certifications.
Experience/ Background/ Knowledge
Knowledge of dining room operations required.
Skills
Ability to communicate effectively with managers, guests and employees both verbally and in writing. Must be able to perform basic math computations.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, and crouch; and taste or smell.
