As a visible and approachable presence in the restaurant the Supervisor coordinates the activities of the servers runners and bussers and proactivelyidentifiesand addresses issues and opportunities in therestaurantoperation.Specific ResponsibilitiesOversee breakfast baristaAM room service AM dining room.Monitorsreservation systemhost stand procedures.Maintainsmenuscontentcleanliness.Ensuresthe department is staffed sufficiently for each meal period.Providesthe highest and most efficient level of service expected by theguest.Makesevery effort to keep morale of the AMrestaurantcrew high.Maintainsa positive friendly attitude with staff& guests.Ensuresall employees are following service standards.Ensuresandmaintaina clean and orderlyrestaurant & bar.Createsa total awareness of in-house VIPs both in-room room serviceand dining room.Developsa followingof regulars.Assistsexecutesany and alltasks asassigned byRestaurant Managers andor Food & Beverage Director.Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.QualificationsCompetent with Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office and familiar with industry standard software.Demonstrated supervisionmanagement experience.Demonstrated enthusiasm forall things21c.EducationFormal TrainingSome college experience.ExperienceTwo to four years in ahigh volume high qualityrestaurant operation.Minimum one year managementsupervisory experience.Previousjob in a restaurant line position.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. 21c Museum Hotels is an equal opportunity employer.
