Job Summary:
Pick up and deliver items from one location to another at the direction of Servers, Bartenders, Supervisors, and other F&B team members. Garnish, add sides and utensils to food orders. Carry ticket to the table and serve food.
Available Shifts:
- Candidates must be available to work both Swing and Grave shifts, with hours ranging between 6:00 PM and 3:00 AM.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Move between the Sports Bar and Crossings Café with a cart while picking up and delivering orders to the servers and bartenders who have placed them.
- Work in coordination with Kitchen Staff in Crossings to ensure timely and accurate filling and completion of orders.
- Execute the steps of finalizing a food order.
- Package and make ready-to-go orders as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent
Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registrations:
- Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s).
- Ability to obtain a food handler's card.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to be a TEAM player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be polite and friendly as frequent guest contact will occur
- Must be prompt, timely and strictly adhere to the company time and attendance policy.
- Excellent organizational skills, with particular attention to quality and detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- High standard of cleanliness and safety guidelines.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
Physical Requirements:
- Requires visual acuity.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
- Requires constant standing, walking with occasional sitting, reaching outward, reaching above shoulder level, squatting or kneeling, bending and climbing.
- Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise, bright lights, smoke, and dust.
