You'll support all aspects of service, team development, and guest relations - while ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable day-to-day operations.Key Qualifications:2–4 years of management experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurantIsraeli Mediterranean Cuisine experience is a plusStrong leadership and team development skillsProven ability to manage daily operations, maintain service standards, and drive resultsPayroll processing and labor management Staff scheduling and forecasting Inventory control and ordering End-of-day reporting and cash handlingExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsProfessional, polished, and composed under pressurePassion for hospitality, food, and beverage (Italian/Mediterranean a plus)Flexible schedule - nights, weekends, and holidays required
