You'll support all aspects of service, team development, and guest relations - while ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable day-to-day operations.Key Qualifications:2–4 years of management experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurantStrong leadership and team development skillsProven ability to manage daily operations, maintain service standards, and drive resultsPayroll processing and labor management Staff scheduling and forecasting Inventory control and ordering End-of-day reporting and cash handlingExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsProfessional, polished, and composed under pressurePassion for hospitality, food, and beverage (Italian/Mediterranean a plus)Flexible schedule - nights, weekends, and holidays required
