Food & Beverage Manager looking for a new challenge, or Assistant F&B Manager seeking progression? You could be exactly who we're looking for!
What you'll be doing as a Food & Beverage Manager
- Supporting with the provision of an outstanding food & beverage service
- Ensuring that every guest experiences a safe visit, exceeding all expectations surrounding cleanliness
- Coaching, mentoring and leading your F&B team with a trusting approach - ensuring their commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Getting to know your customers and using your relationships to offer suggestions to enhance their experiences
- Working closely with your Operations Manager who will encourage you to love change and find your own unique ways to further enhance your guest experience
- Oh, and you'll also be required to be a magician. Or at least be capable of juggling both our bar and Restaurant, not missing any details
- Managing stock and labour margins against your P&L.
What'll make you a great fit for this Food & Beverage Manager role
- You'll already be an established Food & Beverage Manager or an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager seeking their next challenge within a forward-thinking, change-loving company
- Whilst it would be great if you had experience working in a hotel, this isn't essential
- Experience leading, coaching and training a team
- You'll enjoy using tech - we have lots of it to make your life easier and our guests experience more seamless
- You'll love people - and as a result, have great interpersonal and communication skills
- Details? You love them! You'll be incredibly attentive with guests as a result
- Flexible and able to remain focused on results under pressure and to challenging deadlines
- Self-motivated and confident
- Hard-working but FUN!
