Attend yearly budget meetings to assist in configuring and formulating a comprehensive working budget for the Food and Beverage department to adhere to. Description
Issue corrective action paperwork for policy and procedure violations as needed up to and including terminations.
Oversee and ensure the completion of all annual evaluations and reviews with employees prior to their anniversary date.
Hire new staff and oversee/organize training schedules.
Work closely with Marketing, Entertainment and all other departments for any and all special event functions that require food and/or beverage products.
Schedule regular staff meetings.
Work closely with F&B director on all departmental issues.
Attend yearly budget meetings to assist in configuring and formulating a comprehensive working budget for the Food and Beverage department to adhere to.
Other related duties assigned or requested by the Director of Food and Beverage.
