Food & Beverage Manager
Upscale Steakhouse | Detroit, MI
Salary: Up to $80,000 + Outstanding Benefits
Harper Associates has partnered with one of Detroit's premier hotels to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for its acclaimed high-end restaurant.

What You'll Do
- Lead the daily operations of a high-volume, upscale steakhouse within a luxury hotel.
- Inspire, coach, and develop front-of-house supervisors and service staff.
- Ensure impeccable service standards and an exceptional guest experience.
- Partner with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership to deliver seamless food and beverage service.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, labor costs, and payroll.
- Monitor beverage and food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with all health and safety standards.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally while building lasting guest relationships.
- Help achieve financial goals through effective cost control and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Food & Beverage management experience in an upscale restaurant, steakhouse, luxury hotel, or fine dining environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Experience managing labor, scheduling, and restaurant financial performance.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering world-class guest service.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Wine and beverage knowledge is a plus.
