Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department, including restaurants, bars, and catering services.
• Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain inventory and quality standards.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to food and beverage operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals and events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and point of sale (POS) systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
