We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help lead our front-of-house operations. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership Supervise train and motivate front-of-house staff including servers hosts and bussers.
Operational Management Oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts including opening and closing procedures cash handling and inventory management.
Guest Experience Ensure all guests receive prompt friendly and exceptional service. Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
Quality Control Maintain high standards of cleanliness food quality and service.
Staffing Assist with scheduling performance reviews and new employee onboarding.
Compliance Ensure compliance with all health safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor assistant manager or a similar leadership role in the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
Knowledge of restaurant management software e.g. POS systems.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
