Food and Customer Service Associate

Job Responsibilities:

A Theme Park Associate typically helps with day-to-day park operations and guest experience.

Job Duties:

•Greeting guests and providing friendly customer service.

•Checking tickets, passes, or reservations.

•Assisting with food, beverage, or retail operations when needed.

•Washing, rinsing, sanitizing, and putting away dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment.

•Assist with food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients.

•Cook and prepare food according to established recipes and safety standards.

•Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and dishwashers.

•Follow company policies and maintain a professional appearance.

Skills and Qualifications:

•Experience working in hospitality-related fields

•Working outdoors and standing/walking for extended periods.
