    Description

    Under direct supervision of the Food & Beverage (F&B) Director, the F&B Supervisor will monitor their assigned restaurant(s) ensuring swift, positive, and friendly guest service.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Oversee the food and beverage staff and the operations of assigned venues
    • Consistently demonstrate superior customer service and act as a positive role model for all team members
    • Convey positive energy and enthusiasm focusing on guest interactions
    • Immediately address service issues and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
    • Direct the daily work activities of assigned personnel
    • Properly schedule and assign stations while managing labor costs
    • Maintain filing accuracy in daily logbook
    • Maintain restaurant cleanliness
    • Coach, counsel, discipline and train team members in accordance with company policies and procedures
    • Assist with special and routine projects as necessary
    • Maintain a professional demeanor and a positive working relationship with all team members
    • Promote harmony and foster positive attitudes toward the company
    • Inspire team members with clear direction and get them excited about being a part of the company
    • Ensure that food is prepared and served according to the desired portions and quality specifications
    • Ensure adherence to Board of Health standards
    • Provide support for the Beverage department during the absence of the manager
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Must possess a valid state driver’s license
    • Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills
    • Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time
    • Fluency with Microsoft Office
    • Experience with food and beverage point-of-sale inventory systems
    • Willing and able to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold and rainy conditions
