Food and Beverage Manager - Conrad Washington DC

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to be part of this exceptional leadership team!

The hotel has brought a new standard of luxury to DC with 360 rooms, 32,000 square feet of banquet space, and 5 food and beverage outlets, including a signature restaurant, rooftop bar, lobby bar, club lounge, and in-room dining.

In this role, you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of all our food and beverage operations. You will report directly to our Director of Restaurants and oversee 35-40 Front-of-House Team Members.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of restaurant leadership experience, preferably within a fine-dining or luxury hotel environment. They will be highly service-oriented, engaging, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. Knowledge of wine is preferred, and experience managing in a unionized environment is a plus.
