Responsibilities
What You''ll Do:
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and profitability of all food and beverage areas while leading a team dedicated to exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching, and developing restaurant, banquet, bar, and breakfast teams
Managing daily operations of Fire & Ice Restaurant & Bar
Overseeing banquet, catering, and convention center food and beverage functions
Ensuring exceptional guest experiences
Managing labor, food, beverage, and operating costs
Recruiting, hiring, and training associates
Monitoring inventory, purchasing, and cost controls
Maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards
Working closely with culinary, sales, and hotel leadership teams to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction goals
Driving operational excellence while creating a positive and engaging work environment
Qualifications
What We''re Looking For
Minimum of 3 years of food and beverage management experience
Hotel, resort, restaurant, or convention center experience preferred
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and inventory
Passion for guest service and hospitality
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
