Responsibilities Include:

Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
Answer phone calls, assist with reservations, and respond to guest questions
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
Monitor and respond to guest requests and communication in a timely manner
Maintain accurate cash handling and complete shift balancing procedures
Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area
Communicate important information with other departments and the overnight team
Follow Marriott brand standards and hotel policies

Qualifications:

Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Must be reliable and able to work the 3 PM–11 PM shift, including weekends and holidays as needed
