Folder Gluer Operator

Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner. Play an active role in the cleanliness of the assigned equipment and surrounding area.

Essential Functions: Changed from Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures

• Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines

• Set up and make adjustments to folder/gluer for efficient operation

• Ensure proper box folding and gluing is consistent throughout production process

• Maintain accurate production records within the Logic computer system

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment

• Communicate all job information to next shift operator

• Play an active role in the cleanliness of the assigned equipment and surrounding area

• Maintain acceptable production and quality standards.

• Assist with training as required.

• Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements

• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors

Work Experience

• 1-3 years folder gluer operator and setup experience
