Folder Gluer Operator
Pay: $20–$25/hr
Reports to: Technical Manager

Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable Folder Gluer Operator to run specialized equipment and produce high-quality packaging for domestic and international use. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical ability, and a commitment to quality, safety, and production goals.

What You’ll Do

• Operate gluer/folder equipment and monitor performance
• Troubleshoot issues, clear jams, and make adjustments as needed
• Set up equipment for efficient production and make-ready
• Maintain consistent feeding, loading, unloading, and blank heights
• Review finished work for quality and accuracy
• Oversee general technicians working on equipment
• Support production goals and keep the work area clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of folder/gluer equipment experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills
• Solid math skills for percentages, weights, and measures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Physical Requirements

• Standing, stooping, bending, reaching, kneeling, and crouching
• Frequent lifting of 60+ lbs
• Good vision, coordination, and manual dexterity
• Ability to work shifts and overtime when needed

Quality & Safety

• Follow ISO 9001-2000 quality standards
• Comply with cGMP, HACCP, and Chain of Custody requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
