    We're looking for an experienced Foil Stamping Operator to join our team. If you're passionate about print finishing, manufacturing excellence, and producing premium-quality products, this is an opportunity to work with one of the world's leading trading card manufacturers.

    Location: Morrisville, NC
    Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite 
    FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

    Summary

    The Foil Stamping Operator is responsible for operating foil stamping and embossing equipment to produce high-quality finished products that meet customer specifications, production goals, and quality standards.

    This role performs machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and quality control activities while supporting efficient production, minimizing waste, and ensuring on-time delivery.

    What You'll Do

    • Operate foil stamping and embossing equipment to produce premium products.
    • Review job tickets, production schedules, and specifications before production begins.
    • Set up jobs and prepare equipment to meet run-speed, quality, and productivity targets.
    • Verify materials, dies, and foil colors meet customer requirements.
    • Inspect products throughout production to ensure quality standards are maintained.
    • Match die positioning and product registration to approved job specifications.
    • Troubleshoot routine machine and production issues.
    • Perform preventative maintenance and maintain required documentation.
    • Communicate machine and job status during shift handoffs.
    • Monitor inventory and supply levels and communicate needs proactively.
    • Minimize waste, spoilage, downtime, and rework while maximizing productivity.
    • Maintain clean and safe work areas.
    • Follow all company policies, quality standards, safety requirements, and security procedures.

    What You'll Bring

    Education & Experience

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum of 2 years of foil stamping operator experience required.
    • Print finishing, packaging, commercial printing, or manufacturing experience preferred.

    Skills & Abilities

    • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.
    • Experience operating foil stamping and embossing equipment.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Ability to read and interpret production specifications and work instructions.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Basic mathematical proficiency.
