The Copperfield is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hands-on FOH Restaurant Supervisor to join our Mendota Heights team. If you enjoy working with people, leading by example, and keeping things running smoothly during a busy shift, we’d love to have you on our team!

About the Role

As a FOH Supervisor, you’ll help lead the front-of-house team and make sure every shift runs smoothly. You’ll support servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff, step in wherever needed, and help create a great experience for both guests and team members. This is a part-time hourly role.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the FOH team during assigned shifts
• Provide friendly, attentive service and help resolve guest concerns
• Keep the dining room, bar, and front-of-house areas clean and organized
• Coach and support team members to maintain service standards
• Help manage staffing and team coverage throughout the shift
• Assist with opening, closing, cash handling, and shift responsibilities
• Communicate with BOH leadership to keep service running smoothly
• Step in and help wherever needed during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant, serving, bartending, or FOH leadership experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable leading by example and holding team members accountable
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• A genuine interest in hospitality and taking care of guests
