FOH Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced FOH Restaurant Manager to lead our medium-sized front of house team in a casual dining environment. This role is pivotal in overseeing daily floor operations, enhancing the guest experience, and ensuring seamless collaboration with the kitchen to maintain high-quality service and timely order delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage floor operations to ensure smooth service flow
• Supervise and coach a team of 6-15 front of house staff
• Enhance guest experience through attentive and responsive service
• Oversee daily shift management and staff scheduling
• Coordinate orders with kitchen staff to ensure prompt delivery
• Maintain strict quality control standards
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff on a daily, as-needed basis
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee supply needs
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
