This leadership role oversees front of house systems and staff and bridges communication between the pillars of the Taco Heart team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, people focused, and passionate about food and hospitality. Special focus will be put on raising the bar for the guest experience, growing our catering and events business, and inspiring staff to blow their own minds!
1 year of leadership experience in a professional capacity. Catering Captain, Lead Server, Head Trainer, etc are acceptable!
2 years experience in hospitality front-of-house
Ability & desire to lead and oversee teams to achieve organizational goals and ensure customer satisfaction
Natural compassion and interpersonal skills
Passion for detail and going the extra mile
Comfort using basic tech platforms (email, POS, spreadsheets)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

Collaborate with kitchen staff on specials, food running, allergy protocols, and service timing
Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and food quality
Master the expo position (this will allow you to participate in giving breaks to the kitchen employees as well as understand with greater detail what goes into getting the food out of the kitchen and to the guests)
General Operations

Schedule may shift slightly based on holidays, events, or team coverage
Salary based on experience starting at $52k annually
1 week paid vacation plus Thanksgiving, Christmas, and any other days we decide to be closed
5 sick/personal days - if unused, can be redeemed for pay at year-end at current salary
